Yong Tat Seafood Restaurant @ Telok Gong

This was my second visit to Yong Tat Seafood Restaurant.  They still serve the delicious Lala Bihun (rice vermicelli with small clams).  Other signature dishes like Kam-Heong Crab (甘香蟹) , Steamed Fresh Prawn (清蒸虾), Steamed Soon-Fong Fish (清蒸顺风鱼) , Tofu Soup (豆腐羹) and Village Fried Chicken should not be missed.  This place is highly recommended.

Teck Huat Bak Kut Teh @ Bandar Baru Klang

Cannot deny I am hooked to Klang BKT.  This restaurant is located at Bandar Baru Klang (very near to Jusco Bukit Raja) and is recommended by my Brother-In-Law.  They serve both claypot and bowl BKT.  The meats are smooth and soft but the soup is not that thick to my liking.  Nevertheless, they still serve a good BKT.  You can give it a try.

Ba Kut Teh Again?

I think I am hooked to Ba Kut Teh.

This time we managed to try 2 BKT. One in Klang and another one in Puchong.

First, we go to our favourite Teluk Pulai (Branch) BKT in Taman Intan. To our surprise, they also serve Dried BKT now. I think this is what the competition is all about, you just need to look into markets need. Somehow their version of Dried BKT just below average. Still prefer their famous BKT in soup.

Day 2, we went to Puchong to try Yap Chuan BKT. I heard they are famous for Dried BKT. Indeed, their Dried BKT is far better than Teluk Pulai. The black soya, dried chillies and dried cuttlefish flavours just blended nicely in the clay pot. No doubt so many celebrities visited this place.

Teluk Pulai Ba Kut Teh (Klang Branch)

I try not to miss this place whenever I visited my sister at Subang or my brother-in-law at Klang. I found the Ba Kut Teh soup here is thick and taste very nice. The pork meat is cooked to perfection and very soft in texture. The rice here is served with oily rice, rather than plain rice in Penang. Lunch time is very crowded, my advice try to reach here before 12pm.
