Is it the best Char Siew in Melaka?  

Apart from Char Siew and Siew Yuk, they also sell various dishes in economy rice style.  By looking at the nicely cooked Char Siew, I am sure your saliva will start to overflow out from your mouth.

I am a bit of kiasu, so I ordered a bit of Char Siew, Siew Yuk and Lap Cheong all together.  The oily part of Char Siew will melt in your mouth and tastes really great.  Same goes to Lap Cheong and I like the sweetness.

If you are looking for an ultimate Char Siew Rice, you can't go wrong with this restaurant at Sky Hotel, just along Chulia Street. At 12pm, the restaurant already fully packed with patrons. The Char Siew is cook to perfection and the meat is still tender and juicy inside. The Chinese sausage and soup also great... start to mouthwatering.
